Proceeds go to support Red Friday's 2021 Veteran Peer Support Project - the goal is to train 100 veterans

online in peer support, at no cost to the community, by the end of 2021.

ed Friday will offer an online (zoom) awareness level peer support training program for Canadian military veterans at no charge. We have a goal of having 100 veterans participate in the program by the end of 2021. This one day class helps participants identify stress reactions, communicate more effectively and helps those in a helper role ask the sort of questions that lead others to their own good choices. Participants interested in honing these skills in an instructor led interactive training session may take a follow up program that qualifies them for a certificate in 2022.
